About 5 years ago as I was preparing to paint my house, I was washing down the walls above my bakers rack where I burned candles and I couldn't believe the soot I was seeing come off that wall!! You couldn't tell from just looking at the wall, but you sure could tell after washing it down. All I thought about while looking at that rag was, this is what we're breathing in when we burn candles. That's when I started to look for other alternatives and found Scentsy.
